The case at the Court of Appeal was managed by justice Mwinde who gave the last judgment on 31st January 2019. As per this judgment, Dr. Rajan Mahtani holds 58 percent shares at the manufacturing plant and is the greater part investor of the processing plant. Then again, Ventriglias hold only 42 percent shares at the plant and are the minority investors with no lawful responsibility for processing plant. In light of this shareholding design, obviously Dr. Rajan Mahtani is the legitimate proprietor of the industrial facility. While giving this choice, justice Mwinde likewise said that the judge below him wasn't right in announcing Ventriglias as just investors as this choice was one-sided and misled.
